Can I share my user name / password?

No. An $900 annual subscription is good for one user. Additional licenses can be purchased. Contact us for more information on multi-license subscription.

Does NOZA offer training?

What is the Scope of Support for NOZA?

How do I renew my subscription license?

How do I know when my subscription expires?

All Annual subscriptions are valid for one year from date of purchase. You can find your account's expiration date on your My Account page.[+] More

I purchased a subscription, but I’m being told that I need to buy a new one or sign up for a Free Trial. Why?

Ensure that you have logged in. If you still see the option to enter your username and password at the top of the page, you are not logged in. If you are logged in, check to ensure that you are searching either US or Canadian data based on the subscription access you have purchased.

My subscription is from an affiliation of nonprofit organizations. Who do I contact for questions?

Please contact the individual who provided you with your prepaid account code. If that person is unable to answer your questions, he or she will reach out to NOZA Support on your behalf.

NOZA’s database contains records for more than 2,800 U.S. Cities spanning all 50 states and Canada.

Where does the data come from?

NOZA’s database is comprised of detailed charitable gift information that has been collected from publicly available internet locations, all of which are accessible on the open web (or they were once available but have since been removed or updated)... [+] More

Why are some of the source links no longer available?

Although the source links are "live" at the time NOZA finds the data, links can be removed or changed as the websites are updated by the organizations who host them.

Does NOZA have any Canadian Data?

How does NOZA calculate gifts of food?

Food donations are listed as in-kind gifts. 1 pound = $1.00. So if a donor donates 100 pounds of food the donation record will read as a $100 in-kind gift.
